Who we are
TCI Fastners a division of Top Cope International supply a wide variety of standard and specialised fasteners to the automotive, commercial and construction industries.
Made from Brass, Stainless and High-Tensile specialised fastners can be developed to your unique application. A large stock of standard fastners are available from our Keilor East warehouse
Shipping
We use several shipping options to dispatch our orders, depending on the delivery destination and order size and weight. Orders will be dispatched with Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT Couriers and from time to time another freight company as required.
Standard Delivery
Our standard service for small orders-under 500g is Australia Post regular mail with no tracking. Heavier items will be sent via Australia Post or courier with some form of tracking. Estimated delivery times range from 1-7 business days depending on delivery location.
Express Delivery
We can offer this option on all deliveries at an additional cost depending on order size and weight and delivery location.
Couriers
If we send goods via a Courier the delivery address must be a Business address not a post office number. There must be someone available to sign for the goods when the courier arrives.
Timing
We aim to dispatch order within one business day from payment of goods. However we cannot always guarantee this. If there is to be a delay we will notify you.
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or you may return the product for a full refund, not including shipping. If the return is due to customer error there will be a 20% restocking fee. All goods must be returned in the original carton and must not be altered in any way.
You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 5 days from receipt of the product.
